It can be used in tablets for 1-2% to obtain the disintegration of other commonly used common disintegrants, and has good reworkability, that is, when recycling. There is no need to add a large amount of disintegrant, which is called a super disintegrant.
After the crospovidone is used as a disintegrant to form a tablet, the tablet has high hardness, short disintegration time limit, high dissolution rate, strong stability, and does not change over time.
PVPP can also be used as a dry adhesive, filler and excipient for tablets, capsules and granules. The smaller particle size can reduce the one-sided markings in tablets and improve the uniformity of tablets. The amount is 20-80 mg/tablet.
PVPP can also be used as a dissolution promoter.
